The Edu Green Morning Experience is a Morning Program at Edu Green Farm, built around the philosophy of Go Green, Go Organic & Eco-Friendly.
PROGRAM:
Edu Green Morning Experience
Designed for Grade 3 to 5 learners, this engaging programme is ideal for groups of 50 or more and runs as a focused 4-hour morning experience. It empowers learners to make a positive impact through organic living, green practices, and eco-friendly habits, while highlighting the importance of how each individual can make a difference. A break is included for snacks or lunch, which should be brought along unless pre-booked, and please note that no tuck shop facilities are available for this age group.
Program 1 - Aquaponics & Nutrition
Greenhouse tour, explanation of organic
processes, interaction with fish and plants.
Experience the importance of the food
pyramid.
Program 2 - Worm Farms
Demonstration on creating a worm farm
box, searching for worms in beds.
Program 3 - Lavender & Other
& Other herbs, Spices & Oils.
Growing your own Herbs and use them in your meals. Also adding spices and oils
in the making of different products. Natures Natural Medicine for the Body
Program 4 - Recycling Process
Short SlideShow Demonstration on recycling processes, hands-on participation, viewing and sorting products
