The leadership programme also focuses on developing newly appointed leaders through a balanced approach that combines practical learning and engaging activities. Emphasis is placed on team building, problem solving, and core leadership skills, using a mix of interactive lectures and dynamic indoor and outdoor activities. This holistic experience encourages collaboration, strategic thinking, and confidence, equipping learners to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact within their school community.

- The program is a balance between lectures (problem solving and leadership) and physical activities.
